  • The cookies collected
  • How long cookies are kept
  • How cookies are used
  • How users can control the use of cookies

Personal data collected other than cookies is explained in the site's personal data protection policy.

The personal data collected apart from cookies is explained in the site's personal data protection policy.

WHAT IS A COOKIE?

A cookie/tracer is a small file stored by a server on a user's terminal (computer, telephone, etc.) and associated with a web domain (i.e. in most cases with all the pages of a single website). This file is automatically sent back when subsequent contacts are made with the same domain.

A cookie is a tracker used to :

  • Store an identifier that can be used to track browsing patterns, consumption habits and movements for statistical or advertising purposes.
  • Store a customer identifier for a site
  • Memorize the language in which the web page is displayed.

The cookies used are solely functional cookies (proprietary) which guarantee the smooth operation of the website and do not require user consent in accordance with the requirements of the CNIL.

There are generally ‘internal’ cookies deposited by the site visited by the Internet user, more specifically on the site's domain. As mentioned above, they may be used to ensure the smooth running of the site or to collect personal data in order to track user behaviour and serve advertising purposes.

They are distinguished from ‘third-party’ cookies, which are deposited on domains other than that of the main site and are generally managed by third parties who have been asked to do so by the site visited and not by the user himself: these cookies may also be necessary for the site to function properly, but their main purpose is to enable the third party to see which pages have been visited on the site in question by a user and to collect information about that user, particularly for advertising purposes.

Some cookies require consent.
